    VERY HAPPY. I purchased this item to fill favor jars for a bridal shower. The order shipped within three hours of my on-line purchase, and I received it within a few days. Of course, I had to "sample" the seeds before I filled the jars, and they were fresh and delicious. I will keep Superior Nut Company in mind for future needs, for sure!!

    a very good ratio of nutty to chocolate. But way tooooo easy to eat.
    Pros:
    Taste very good. Love the taste of the sunflower seeds blended with chocolate.
    Cons:
    way to easy to eat too many at a time. they disappear way too fast.

    This is the second time I've ordered chocolate covered Sunflower Seeds. From making the purchase to receiving the product, it couldn't have gone smoother.
    Pros:
    The sunflower seeds are very fresh and bright in color. Very pretty in a candy dish. People can't help but take some.

    Crunchy, slightly sweet, sunflower seeds (also known as kernels) are a classic standalone snack, and equally popular sprinkled on breads, cakes, cupcakes and cookies. The sunflower is native to North America, and their seeds were long used as a high energy food source. Sunflower kernels are incredibly high in vitamin E, an important antioxidant that effectively neutralizes the cellular damage caused by free radicals. Vitamin E exerts a significant anti-inflammatory effect which helps reduce the symptoms of arthritis and asthma.
