    We use black walnuts for our holiday cooking but unfortunately we can no longer find them in our area stores. I did a web search for black walnuts and found Superior Nut Company. Their site is user-friendly with a large variety of products. We ordered two bags of shelled black walnuts and they were delivered to our door in just 3 days using standard shipping. We were very pleased with the product, good quality at a reasonable price. All in all we are very happy with our whole shopping experience and has exceeded our expectations.

    As a child on the farm in Ky. it was customary to gather nuts, shell & dry them. Then after they were dried it was a lot of work to remove the kernal. Many days in the 1940's living without electricity that was the only thing we had to snack on between meals were nuts. I spent many afternoon cracking & eating nuts. Some Walnuts & sometime Hickory nuts.
    To be able to buy them now with all the work done is terrific. I bought 3 Lb. I gave one pound to my neighbor & she returned 6 loaves of Zucchini bread with black walnuts in them. I gave 1 pound to my Daughter & she promised me more Zucchini bread.
    Pros:
    No hard work., Prompt delivery.
    Cons:
    Nothing to indicate the year of the crop.

    I have not found a local source for Black Walnut and have found your product to be of very good quality.
    Pros:
    It saves me the time and expense of looking aound at localretails outlet. This also saves the environment.
    Cons:
    I think your shipping charges are high. There should be some reasonable quantity for home use that would result in free shipping.

    It's difficult to find black walnuts in Nashville and I need them for my carrot cakes and apple cakes. These are a bit pricey until one considers the amount of time it takes to pick the nut meat out of a black walnut!
    The packaging is excellent and sturdy and these will stay in my freezer for a long time and I know will keep their delicious flavor. Thanks!

    Black walnuts are so hard to find in the store. I finally found some at a flea market a couple of years ago and had high hopes for banana nut bread, but the walnuts were stale and tasted mildewy, so in the trash they went. I had to make do with regular walnuts or pecans. I didn't think I would ever find good, tasty, fresh ones unless I drove from where I live in Florida back to Missouri and picked up and cracked my own like I used to do. I was skeptical, but I ordered a pound from you. I tasted them as soon as they arrived and knew I had some mighty fine black walnuts. I made the banana nut cake with creme cheese frosting and was blown away with how good the walnuts were and how they were the star of the cake. Thanks so much!

    The nuts came well packaged and very clean. I use them for my arthritis, It takes a while to get into the system, but then is takes away the pain and swelling. I thought this was an "old wifes tale" but upon trying it, it turns out to be true. Thank you for a superior product. Delivery was as promised, and you will be getting further offers from me.
