Not sure why I got these... very intense flavor and they are thick and meaty. Not good for snacking, might be good for recipes... I gave em away.Nice texture; a bit salty.

These have lovely texture -- not dry and hard, but a little soft and moist. They are saltier, though, than the packaged (not bulk) sundried tomatoes we've bought at the supermarket. The flavor's nice otherwise. When adding them to recipes, plan on decreasing salt or other salty items.If you like 'em on the salty side, these are fine. If you're looking for sweet, or just tomato-flavored with nothing else, these aren't your best choice. I could only recommend them to someone who doesn't mind the salt.

These things are so expensive in regular stores. I will definitely order these again as they are huge, fresh and again, just a very good deal. I just place them in a jar with olive oil, garlic and other seasoning. They are wonderful in salads, on pizza, on french bread with a little pesto.I would recommend this item to a friend.
