Turkish Figs

I sent these to my son and daughter in Utah as a gift.
All I can say is that they liked them very much.

Cons:

The shipping. They were sent out one Tuesday, were supposed to be received the next Tuesday but didn't come until the following Saturday.

I recently purchased 2lbs of the organic turkish figs. Although they are dried fruit, these are really dry fruit. Unlike others I purchase from a competitor which were moist and chewy. I'm sorry to say that I will not be ordering anymore dried figs form here.

Superior Nut Dried Turkish Figs retain their flavor and natural sweetness longer and better than other Turkish Figs I have bought. They do not arrive as a " tough chew" but rather a succulent fruit. Tough to eat just one !

Pros:

- Ususllay has the natural crystilized sapextrusion from the fig . Enhances flavor

- Packaging ensures freshness and appreciate the dating on package.

Cons:

Sometimes not available.

The Freshest!

These were the freshest figs I've found. I am definitely going to order more soon, especially to make sure I get some from the same batch hopefully. I am dieting and when I crave sweets these are a perfect "legal" alternative to junk food & candy. Very satisfying and I love them!

I had been purchasing organic Turkish Figs from another source for a few years. The supplier for the company ran out and I got tired waiting, and decided to try another source. I did some research and decided to give Superior Nut Company a try. This was the best move I've made lately. I first ordered 10 lbs., and the very day I received them after eating a few I immediately ordered 25 more lbs. The main reason I ordered again so soon was because I wanted more figs from the same lot number, and was guaranteed that would be what I received.
The lady who took my order and helped me was very friendly, patient and helpful, which is not always the case when placing orders by phone. I received the order in 2 days without a glitch and Superior Nut Company has a new customer. By the way I'm a long time raw foodist and eat lots of these figs daily, they have the highest source of iron of any fruit, and are one of my staples.
