    I was really impressed with these. Unlike the cashews in the bulk bins at my local "health food" market (all broken up and somewhat stale), these are so tasty, much fresher, and intact. I'd order these again!

    Great product, fast delivery all the way out to southern California.
    Nuts arrived in extremely good condition, probably 1 or 2% get broken or were crushed.
    This is much better than I expected.
    The taste is out of this world; fresh & smooth just like a cashew should taste, only better.

    I have always hated the taste of cashews, but these are absolutely wonderful!! They are sweet but not too rich tasting. Can't wait to make my own cashew milk out of these too. Also, I am on a "no mold, no rancidity" diet, and these are the only brand I can have, which is a huge plus.
    Pros:
    Everything, except the "con" I listed.
    Cons:
    Price, of course. Why does the most natural, unprocessed stuff cost the most? Makes no sense.

    This was my 1st order with Superior Nut Company and I'm glad that I order cashews from them. The nuts arrived in a timely fashion and were packed well. They are delicious. I've recently ordered raw cashews from two other companies and the cashews from Superior Nut are the best of the three. The other two companies cashews were a little soft. Superior Nut cashews are crisp and fresh and not soft. They have great great taste as well as great crunch. I will be ordering more in the future from Superior Nut company!

    We were very, very pleased with SNC's Raw Organic Cashews! They were nice and large and very fresh. They have a very tastey, creamy -- almost buttery flavor. The best way to say it is... they are out of this world. We enjoyed both these and the Organic Turkish Apricots, that we immediately ordered some to ship to family members, who were also very pleased with their gifts.

    Everything. Flavor, freshness, size, and the speed with which order is processed and shipped!

    Overall, these are good fresh cashews and good size too. The price is a little much comparitively to what I usually get, but the product quality is comparable. I would recommend trying these.

    I am a big fan and consumer of nuts. These raw organic cashews are excellent. They are particularly flavorful, fresh, moist and the right texture.     Question: The information about these cashews says they are processed at the lowest possible temperature (to remove the nut I assume). Do you know what temperature is used? Is it above 118 degrees? Are they grown in India? Thank you.
    Answer: Our Organic cashews are grown and processed in India. Raw cashew nuts are boiled for 25 minutes, then sun-dried for 48 hours. This process makes it easier to separate the nut from the shell. The temperature of the nuts during this process does reach over 118 F.
