    Made a big batch of pignoli cookie with the paste. It was fresh and they were delish!

    I use this almond paste to make a Dutch Christmas pastry called Banket. The reviews of my guests rated this to be top drawer. I think that by transfer of compliments--you did well. Thanks for the quality.

    As long as you let it get to room temperature it is great--I had forgotten to do that.
