Try mixing them with water, sugar, and lime juice to make a popular South American drink called chia fresca. Chia seeds turn into a gel when soaked in water, and this may be how they promote a feeling of fullness during digestion. The seeds help stabilize blood sugar which may aids in weight loss. During the summer months, to prevent chocolates and candy from sitting on a truck over a weekend we only ship chocolates and candy Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
