So the wife's a peanut butter junkie for sure. And peanut butter sauce, now we're entering another stratosphere. Superior Nut Store's Peanut Butter Topping is fantastic and well worth the cost. Local (Boston area) ice cream shop J.P. Licks carries something similar, but shelling out $5+ for a small scoop just to get the PB sauce on top hurts in the wallet big-time. While this peanut butter sauce is pricey, it's still way more reasonable than what an ice cream store can offer. These are big jars, and they last a while. It's yummy and the wife is satisfied.
My son has been wanting a peanut butter syrup for a long time and this one was a winner!!! I looked everywhere for a topping that rivals those in the Yogurt shops. This peanut butter topping does just that. The taste is superb and it is easy to use. Not stiff not runny. Go easy though. It is made with high fructose corn syrup. You could easily go overboard and jeopardize the waistline. Very yummy though! I love peanut butter! This topping is great on vanilla ice cream with a little hot fudge. A local chain has a dessert that uses peanut butter topping and I was hoping to find something similar. This product exceeded my expectations. It's a little expensive with shipping, but I will buy it again.
I just ordered this for the first time, have to make sure and sir to the bottom and it settles, but very good, I have a sweet tooth, so it was not sweet enough for me, I added at time some sugar to make it more like the friendlys type ice cream topping that I use to eat as a child, but other than that it was good, alittle expensive for what you get due to shipping costs. The topping is pretty good, but not nearly worth the price. When you add shipping onto it, the proposition becomes very spendy. I like the product, but would only buy it in a store, and certainly NOT at the current level of pricing. Delivery was very quick, on the plus side. This was exactly what I have been looking for in the grocery stores for years...and haven't been able to find. You will not be disappointed with the item. The peanut butter sauce is free-flowing, smooth, and tastes rich without being too sweet. If you have been a patron of Friendly's or DQ and like their peanut butter sundaes, you can order this item and make them at home exactly to your liking...and save money in the long-term. Very good Just as good as Friendly's or any other ice cream joint. LOVE it. I bought this because other reviewers said how good it was and I was looking for a topping that mimicked the Friendly's Reeses Peanutbutter sundae. I'm so glad I listened to the other reviewers...this stuff is DELICIOUS. This peanut butter topping is just like the topping used by Friendly's on their Reese's Pieces sundae. Excellent! Not to many peanut butter toppings around that are good and that you can buy in bulk. I like this topping. This is #1 to me compared to the other few peanut butter toppings around. Interestingly, I was at our company location in France and one of our colleagues there spent a year in Connecticut and happened to mention how she loves peanut butter and Friendleys peanut butter sauce. I had never heard of Friendleys but set out on a mission to find peanut butter sauce to send to her. It wasnt easy but after searching on line, found your peanut butter sauce. I ordered one to send to my colleague and two for my family. It is delicious and I can't wait for my new friend in France to receive her surprise! My husband has an obession with a certain ice cream chain's peanut butter topping. We have looked all over for something equivalent. But this is even better! He loves it! Thanks for an awesome product with the freshest of peanut tastes! This is a great-tasting product. I'd recommend it to anyone. We went through half a jar in the first week. Tastes great, not too sweet - highly recommended!! I use this product in my coffee house to make peanut butter lattes, frappes, and smoothies. The customers love the taste. I love the consistency of the product. It blends up very well and works well when paired with chocolate. Just remember to keep it stirred so the oil will not separate and rise to the top. I saw a similar type of item being used at a restaurant, so I immediately got online to see what I could find. I was kind of suprised when I was able to order this item. I have looked for years for a peanut butter sauce that is like the one used by Friendly's restaurants on their ice cream. On a recent search of the Internet, I found a reference to Superior Nut's peanut butter sauce and decided to give it a try. It was very expensive, especially with shipping but I found the sauce not only equal to, but better than the taste of Friendly's brand. It is a smooth, creamy and easily pourable sauce, packed with peanut flavor. Stores well in the cupboard and does not need to be heated before serving. Delicious, if you can afford it. This is my second order. The product is great, customer service is really good, and delivery was prompt. The only drawback is that I'm now eating more ice cream than before. It is almost impossible to find peanut butter sauce in the store - this sauce is amazing! Love the product. I first tried it at a local ice cream parlor and found out where they get it. I would order more it more often if the shipping charges weren’t so hefty; more than half the cost of a jar. As others mention above, this is darn close to the peanut butter sauce from Friendly’s. If too thin for your liking, refrigerate. The peanut butter sauce is "to die for". They should do more advertising!!
