    The nuts were great
    Pros:
    Fresh and tasty
    Cons:
    You might cut back s bit on the chocolate
    to much chocolate.you are burying the nuts.

    Everything was fine except there seemed to be very little nut and much more chocolate

    Nuts too small or more often it was halves or pieces

    I ordered a total of 21 pounds of chocolate covered macadamia nuts for favors for my daughters wedding and they were delicious. More impressive was that they arrived and were NOT melted. I was worried I would not be able to get this bulk amount for her Hawaiian themed reception because I first ordered from another company and recieved melted chocolate! They would not guarantee safe arrival of another shipment. Thank goodness we found your company and you did! THe nuts arrived to Georgia, in July, temps in the high 90’s still cool to the touch from the ice insulated packing! Thank you, you saved the day and have a life long customer!

A 2008 Pennsylvania State University study found that after 30 days on a macadamia nut-based diet (about 37% calories from fat) participants had lower LDL (“bad”) cholesterol levels, compared to participants on a “typical” American diet (about 37% of calories from unhealthy, saturated fats). Macadamia nuts also contain the highest levels known of paimitoleic fatty acid, a beneficial fat also found in fish oils.
