    Compared to other bulk stores, these are great. Other stores get seeds that seem to be old and are pale and smell like pepper corn. They have no nutty taste either. I am very pleased to have found a bulk seed and nut place and a decent price. I have also ordered cashews and cant wait to taste those too.

An excellent source of fiber and iron, poppy seeds are high in thiamine, a B-vitamin necessary for the proper functioning of the enzymes our bodies utilize to metabolize carbohydrates. The oil from poppy seeds offers a significant health bonus; specifically it’s an efficient delivery vehicle for chemotherapy drugs in patients with liver cancer. Poppy seed oil is also an excellent delivery vehicle for iodine.
