    I gave these pistachios a 4 - have ordered 3 different times now - and the freshness ranged from excellent to fair to good... it may depend on the growing season. they are shelled, so they will lose a little in that process - but for a pistachio lover with weak fingernails - these are a great choice
    Pros:
    Don't have to shell the pistachios. 98% of the nuts are good ones
    Cons:
    Occaisionally less than fresh
