My experience this time was horrible. I purchased this item on Friday the 24th and wanted it there by June 27th as it was a birthday gift. I could understand if it got there by the 28th but by Thursday June 30th the product was still not there. After calling i was told my order was lost in the warehouse, not to mention the purchase was cleared out of my bank account on the 28th but because the order ended up going out on the 30th it was recharged to my account. This was my second time ordering from you and I dont know if i will again.

If the temperature in our area or yours is above 70F, we only allow shipping using expedited methods (2 Day Air and 1 Day Air) and each box is packed with special insulation and gel ice. There's $5 charge added to the shipping fee to cover for the cost of the added insulation and gel ice.
