Not So Happy This Time

My experience this time was horrible. I purchased this item on Friday the 24th and wanted it there by June 27th as it was a birthday gift. I could understand if it got there by the 28th but by Thursday June 30th the product was still not there. After calling i was told my order was lost in the warehouse, not to mention the purchase was cleared out of my bank account on the 28th but because the order ended up going out on the 30th it was recharged to my account. This was my second time ordering from you and I dont know if i will again.Merchant Response:
We are very sorry that the order was misplaced in our warehouse. We have reviewed our standard operations to make sure that this does not happen again. As a result of this error on our part, we expedited your shipping to Next Day Air and refunded you the cost of what you initially paid for shipping. As for the charges, your credit card was only charged once when the item shipped. We only charge when the item ships.

If the temperature in our area or yours is above 70F, we only allow shipping using expedited methods (UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air) and each box is packed with special insulation and gel ice. There's $5 charge added to the shipping fee to cover for the cost of the added insulation and gel ice. During the summer months, to prevent chocolates and candy from sitting on a truck over a weekend we only ship chocolates and candy Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
